Sweet & Sour Pork Sausages


  • 500g Green Acres Old English Pork Sausages
  • 400g tin of pineapple pieces (including the juice)
  • 400g tin crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. crushed garlic
  • 40g tomato paste
  • Rice of choice 







Step 1

Add Green Acres Old English Pork Sausages to lightly oiled frying pan and continuously turn until cooked thoroughly

Step 2

Slice each sausage into small pieces (2cm), add back to the pan

Step 3

Add garlic, crushed tomatoes, pineapple and tomato paste to pan, mix well and bring to gentle simmer

Step 4

Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes until slightly thickened, add salt and pepper to taste

Step 5

Serve immediately on a bed of freshly cooked rice
